Fraser gordonOPERATIONS MANAGER & HEAD GUIDE
Born and bred in the Queenstown Lakes Region, Fraser grew up playing in the mountains we ride as his backyard. Two wheeled fun has always been his passion, racing downhill at a national level as a teenager. Fraser has spent many years driving & managing Jet Boats in Queenstown, and now puts his extensive adventure tourism experience to great use with giving people a thrill of a different kind with All Mountain. Fraser loves to share his passion for bikes & the awesome riding here in Queenstown. Over the past decade, he has been heavily involved as a volunteer in the local MTB scene, & is currently president of the Queenstown Mountain Bike Club.

Rider, guide, adventurer & entrepreneur. Ash brings to the role a lifetime of experience working & playing with mountain bikes. Ash has been heavily involved with kids coaching & development as the founder of youth mountain bike charity; WORD. With her unfaltering positivity & infectious smile, Ash loves to show riders an awesome time with good vibes! Ash's favourite trip with HeliBikeNZ is Crown Peak , a perfect ride for intermediate riders, families & kids.

Originally hailing from the motherland of England, Ben choose the bright lights & epic trails of Queenstown 6 years ago & never looked back. The style master! he is a pleasure to watch on a bike, from sending big jumps to manulling & wheeling his way around town
Ben is also a qualified MTB coach, so you can book him in for one-on-one or group coaching sessions through us too! Ben's favourite ride is "Anything that involves good trails, great people, and finishes with beer & snacks." |

Twenty plus years of shredding the hills around Queenstown have not dampened Finn’s enthusiasm for backcountry New Zealand. An adventurous Kiwi, Finn has been showing people a good time in Queenstown in a number of roles including Jet Boat driving on the Dart River. He is a natural host & loves to help people get the most out of themselves & their riding experience. Finn's favorite ride is Remarkables Double Descent, a true remote, backcountry riding adventure with 2 epic descents.

Our Kiwi Southern Man! Todd hails from the small farming town of Tapanui south of Queenstown, so naturally has a love of the outdoors & adventure. A jack-of-all-trades, Jet Boat driver & mechanic by day, With a chill personality & being pretty handy on a bike, guiding is second nature to him & he loves spinning a good yarn with his clients while out on a trip. Todd's favourite ride is Crown Peak, giving breathtaking views over the Queenstown basin, putting him right at home as a true Kiwi mountain man.

Ryan is the epitome of someone who embraces the Queenstown lifestyle, Coming here well over 10 years ago on a working holiday & never looking back. His laid back persona & friendly nature make him an awesome guide for all levels & abilities. Having been a tour guide in various other roles over the years, including coach driving & overnight hosting in Milford Sound, Ryan has extensive knowledge of the local area's vast landscape & history, & is always keen to share it with his clients while out on a trip. Ryan's favourite ride is Bowen Peak, with its 360 degree views directly above Queenstown & Lake Wakatipu, & an epic singletrack descent to match .

A former New Zealand downhill mountain bike champion. If there’s one thing Henry van Asch loves as much as Bungy, it’s bikes. Touted as New Zealand’s first ever heli-biker, at Glenorchy in 1990, Henry’s other claim to fame is taking Bungy jumping to the world as co-founder of AJ Hackett Bungy. Watch out as he injects some Bungy cool into mountain biking
