Our priority is to build a tour that meets your expectations. so once you've expressed your interest about a tour, we will send you a questionnaire to understand better what you're looking for and which kind of rides will suit you!
The second step is to confirm the dates and your numbers, and we will send you every details about the deposit and the balance payment and everything you need to know.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN ATTEND A TOUR?
We want to keep the group small so we can all enjoy the rides, our maximum is 5 riders per guide so 10 pax maximum per group.
DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM?
Yes, we need a minimum of 2 people :-)
CAN WE GO PRIVATE?
Sure!! we can customize a tour for you out of our fixed dates.
WHAT IF I DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH?
Guiding is a state of mind and here in New-Zealand we love to welcome visitors from all around the world.
Our team will do its best to guide you and make your trip enjoyable.
WHAT TO BRING?
All Mountain NZ will take care of every logistic related details on our multI-day trips, so besides your personal belongings and bikes (we can also rent you one), you don' t need to take care of anything else.
prior to each trip, we will send you a checklist regarding the technical equipment you need to take with you.
the most important thing to bring is you sens of Adventure.
DO YOU OFFER TRAVEL INSURANCE?
We highly recommend you to contract a travel insurance if you're coming from overseas, as we are not a travel agency so we don't have any travel insurance to sell you.
However, we are certified as an Adventure Activity Operator and we are fully covered by an appropriate insurance to run our tours.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We will send you our full terms and conditions prior the booking to avoid any surprise.
The deposit of 50% is non refundable, however unexpected conditions can be taken into account.
If the cancellation occurs up to 7 days prior to the departure, the full price is due.
